MotorClothes Sales Associate – Harley-Davidson

Join the iconic **Harley-Davidson** brand as a **MotorClothes Sales Associate**! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-driven individuals who are passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, apparel, and the lifestyle they represent. If you love engaging with people and delivering exceptional service, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

· Assist customers with apparel and accessory selections in a professional and engaging manner.

· Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson MotorClothes products and promotions.

· Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards.

· Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.

· Participate in dealership events, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in apparel or lifestyle brands.

· Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

· Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.

· Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.

· Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

· Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

· Valid driver’s license preferred.

Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.

· Ability to bend, reach, and handle parts and merchandise regularly.

· Ability to communicate clearly in person and by phone.

· Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
