Mould Maintenance Technician

• Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•  Mold readiness as per production plan.
•  Mold maintenance to resolve quality and productivity issues.
•  Spare management for mold tooling’s.
•  Daily management.
•  Maintaining Tool validation reports for all mold inserts.
•  Troubleshooting for injection mold.
•  Maintaining mold related documents like check sheet, history card etc.

• Functional Competencies
•  Knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing and Maintenance
•  Knowledge of all conventional machines.
•  Capable of reading engineering drawings
•  Should maintain 5s of mold maintenance area
•  Knowledge about measuring instruments.
•  Need to have knowledge on spare management.
•  Knowledge about MS office.
•  Knowledge about AutoCAD and Pro-E is added advantage

• Education and Experience Requirements
•  Diploma in Tool and Die making with 2 to 3-year experience in mold maintenance.
