Roles and Responsibilities

• •Perform mold surface and root plate maintenance duties.
• •Perform PMM on all mold/web mold equipment
• •Fabricate tooling/equipment
• •Assist in the installation and training of fabricated tooling/equipment.
• •Assist in the relocation of existing molds
• •Assist with creating necessary documents for all equipment introductions
• •Assist Engineering/CI/Maintenance teams on project related tooling/equipment
• •Assist GIL’s and/or Industrialization teams on technology implementation and/or new mold installations
• •Cleaning of plant equipment using dry ice blasting system and/or other cleaning methods
• •Create and maintain silicone used for web molding

Required Qualifications

Certifications in Laminate Repair, Gelcoat Repair, Crane, aerial Lift, and PIT Certifications.

· Must wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions and dispose of chemicals appropriately.

• •Maintenance and/or fabrication knowledge.
• •Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, etc.
• •Must be able to read/decipher blueprints/drawings.
• •Proficient in Microsoft office.

Desired Characteristics

• •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• •Composites, Commercial construction, or auto-body preferred.

Position Shift: Sat-Mon 5:00am-5:30pm

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is $22.88-$27.50
