  • Execute go-to-market and long-term business strategies that expand market presence and service offerings
  • Represent Marsh Investments & Retirement through thought leadership, publications, and industry events to elevate the practice
  • Oversee business growth initiatives and operations for the practice, including pipeline management, accounts receivable, profitability, and client retention
  • Partner with the Consulting Team Leader (CTL), Client Office, and other practices to optimize staffing, capacity, and cross-sell/referral opportunities
  • Build an engaged, inclusive team culture; recruit, develop, and retain talent aligned to the firm’s long-term vision
  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.

What you need to have:

  • Relevant retirement and investment consulting or institutional investment experience across industries (15+ years)
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in consulting or professional services, including P&L or NOI contribution
  • Strong client relationship experience at senior levels (including C-suite), with demonstrated success winning and retaining large engagements
  • Experience leading business development, managing pipelines, and producing compelling proposals
  • Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and profitability management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to partner across functions

What makes you stand out:

  • Demonstrated history of building and scaling a practice or business line within a geography
  • Recognized thought leader with publications, speaking engagements, or industry presence
  • Strong internal and external network that generates cross-sell and referral opportunities
  • Track record of developing high-performing, future-ready teams and delivering measurable retention and profitability results
