MS Dynamics 365 Sales Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Sales Developer with 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, integrations, CI/CD deployments, and data migration. This role requires excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with US-based stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure services, and modern AI-assisted development practices is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales.
• •Develop and configure PowerApps (Model-driven and Canvas Apps).
• •Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
• •Write and maintain JavaScript customizations, plugins, and client-side scripting.
• •Develop and manage data flows for data migration and integrations.
• •Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Workday, marketing platforms, and other third-party systems.
• •Use XRM Toolbox for configuration, data management, and environment administration.
• •Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio.
• •Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for solution deployments across environments.
• •Participate in release management and deployment planning.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• •Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
• •Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• •5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• •Strong expertise in PowerApps (Model-driven & Canvas Apps).
• •Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
• •Strong expertise in JavaScript customization.
• •Experience with plugins and workflows.
• •Experience with CI/CD implementation (Azure DevOps preferred).
• •Experience with solution management & deployments.
• •Experience in data migration using dataflows, or similar tools.
• •Strong working knowledge of XRM Toolbox.
• •Experience with Workday Studio.
• •Experience in CRM to Workday integrations.
• •Experience integrating marketing applications like Marketo and HubSpot.
• •Good understanding of CRM security roles, business process flows, and customization.
• •Experience working with Jira for task tracking and sprint management.
• •Experience using AI tools such as Claude and applying Vibe Coding to rapidly prototype and build business applications.
• •Experience deploying and managing React and .NET applications in Azure environments.
• •Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure App Services.
• •Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building and customizing AI copilots.
