## Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTLA (m/w/d), MFA (m/w/d) oder BTA (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Spät-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst

Unser MVZ Weiden ist das SYNLAB Kompetenzzentrum für molekulargenetische Erregerdirektnachweise, Neugeborenen-Screening und forensische Toxikologie. Wir bieten an diesem Standort innerhalb des SYNLAB-Verbundes ein größeres Spektrum an Analysen und dienen der Versorgung niedergelassener Ärzte und Krankenhäuser aus der Region sowie deutschlandweiter SYNLAB-Standorte.
