Die Abteilung Anatomie und Molekulare Embryologie ist ein internationales Team aus Wissenschaftler\*innen, Student\*innen und Techniker\*innen mit Interesse an Fragestellungen der Zell- und Entwicklungsbiologie und der Digitalisierung der anatomischen Lehre. Die Abteilung richtet zwei internationale Masterstudiengänge in englischer Sprache aus: https://www.istem.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/ https://www.scm.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/

Als TA unterstützen Sie das Forschungs- und Lehrteam des Lehrstuhls für Anatomie und Molekulare Embryologie

  • Umfang: Teilzeit, Vollzeit
  • Dauer: unbefristet,
  • Beginn: zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einbetten, Schneiden und Färben von Geweben in Paraffintechnik
  • Einbetten, Schneiden und Färben von Geweben für die Kryotechnik
  • Immunhistochemie
  • Tierbetreuung

Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in:

  • Molekularbiologie: PCR; Transformationen; DNA Aufreinigung; DNA Elektrophorese
  • Proteinbiochemie: Native und denaturierende Gelelektrophoresen; Immunoblots; Spektrophotometrie
  • Einbetten, Schneiden und Färben von Geweben für die Elektromikroskopie

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTA/BTA oder alternativ entsprechende (Berufs-)Erfahrung
  • Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig für eine sichere Kommunikation mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen und Studierenden
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Organisationsgeschick, gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Office-Software und Software von Zeiss, Leica etc.
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • wünschenswert ist die Sachkunde für Tierversuche EU (ehemals FELASA)
