  • Für unser Labor in Bonn suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) engagierte(n) Technische(n) Assistentin(en) in Vollzeit, gerne auch Berufsanfänger(in). Das Arbeitsgebiet wird sämtliche im Labor anfallende Aufgaben der modernen molekularpathologischen Diagnostik umfassen, vom Probeneingang bis zur Ergebnisinterpretation.
  • Selbstständige Anfertigung von Paraffinschnitten und immunhistochemischen Färbungen
  • Durchführung von Nukleinsäuren-Extraktionen (DNA/RNA) aus Tumorproben oder anderen biologischen Materialien
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von DNA/RNA-Sequenzierungen mittels Next-Generation-Sequenzierung sowie PCR-Analysen
  • Verantwortung für das Probenmanagement, einschließlich der Anforderung, Verfolgung, Archivierung und Dokumentation von Proben
  • Bedienung laborspezifischer Software
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, MTLA, Biologielaborant(in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse in molekularbiologischen Techniken
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen

Persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Interesse und Bereitschaft sich in ein komplexes Arbeitsgebiet einzuarbeiten
  • Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
