# Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in der Hämatopathologie Lübeck.

Als etabliertes und akkreditiertes Institut mit über 30-jähriger Expertise in der Diagnostik von Erkrankungen des lymphatischen und hämatopoetischen Systems stehen wir für eine präzise, qualitativ hochwertige und zeitnahe Diagnostik. Unser Team aus sechs Pathologinnen und Pathologen arbeitet in einem anspruchsvollen, qualitätsorientierten Umfeld mit klar definierten Prozessen und modernen Standards.

Wir brauchen Unterstützung und suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Termin als

## MTLA (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Labortätigkeiten vorzugsweise im Bereich Durchflusszytometrie, ggf. auch Histologie, Immunhistochemie und Molekularpathologie
  • Durchführung durchflusszytometrischer Analysen
  • Mitarbeit bei molekularpathologischen Untersuchungen
  • technische Qualitäts- und Plausibilitätskontrollen
  • Dokumentation der Untersuchungsergebnisse im Laborinformationssystem NEXUS
  • Umsetzung unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Laborabläufen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene, staatlich anerkannte MTLA-Ausbildung – mit oder ohne Berufserfahrung
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in Durchflusszytometrie und/oder Immun-/Histologie
  • auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • selbstständige, flexible und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst (Kernzeit 06:00 – 18:00 h) sowie ca. einmal monatlich Sonntagsdienst
