Die MLM Medical Labs GmbH ist ein Zentral- und Speziallabor für klinische Studien mit Niederlassungen in Deutschland, den USA und Südafrika. Als Dienstleistungsunternehmen begleitet unser Team aus rund 200 Mitarbeitern globale klinische Studien. Wir analysieren medizinische Proben, um unseren Auftraggebern Aufschluss über die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit des Wirkstoffes zu geben.

  • Wir suchen Verstärkung in Vollzeit (unbefristet) - zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
  • Durchführung taggleicher Messungen von Proben im Routine-Labor
  • Studienspezifische Analysen von Biomarkern in allen Laborbereichen

Durchführung von Batchmessungen in Eigenverantwortung

  • Dokumentation der Analysen gemäß GLP-Richtlinien
  • Verwaltung und Bevorratung von Reagenzien
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Testmethoden und Analyseverfahren
  • Wartung, Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung von Laborgeräten
  • Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Laborprozessen in den Laborbereichen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur MTA / BTA (m/w/d)
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Koordination
  • Hohes Maß an Präzision, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Dokumentationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung mit persönlichem Ansprechpartner & Entwicklungsgesprächen
