We're expanding our leadership bench in the Greater Hartford, CT market, and we're looking for a Multi-Site Sales Manager to take the reins across two local branch locations . This isn't a caretaker role — it's a builder role. You'll inherit a foundation of strong local teams and be the one who turns them into a single, high-performing sales force with a shared playbook, shared standards and a shared hunger to win.

We're a trusted name in residential heating, cooling, and electrical solutions, built on long-term relationships with homeowners and a reputation for getting it right. As we grow our presence in this market, we need a leader who can scale that reputation across both locations — without losing what makes it work.
