  • Investment Marketing & Transaction Support: Prepare financial analyses and supporting materials for Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), investment proposals, and client presentations.
  • Market Research: Research multifamily market trends, rental rates, operating expenses, capitalization rates, and investment activity to support valuations and business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Client Service: Work closely with brokers and team members to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analyses that support client investment decisions and transaction execution.
  • Project Management & Quality Control: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, maintain exceptional attention to detail, meet demanding deadlines, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all financial deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial models, streamline analytical processes, and improve overall team efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience underwriting commercial real estate properties is required; multifamily underwriting experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including developing complex financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate valuation methodologies, financial statements, and investment metrics.
  • Experience analyzing rent rolls, operating statements, market comparables, and property-level financial performance.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
