MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune

🚀 Hiring: MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune (5-10 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune Specialist to support enterprise endpoint management, device security, and modern workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• •Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security .
• •Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• •Assess platform health, configuration, performance, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness.
• •Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• •Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• •Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

Mandatory Qualifications

✅ 5-10 years of experience in endpoint management, workplace technologies, or Microsoft administration.

✅ Advanced English communication skills.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops, knowledge transfer, and customer guidance.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• •Microsoft Intune
• •Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• •Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• •Windows Autopilot
• •Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• •Compliance Management
• •PowerShell

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• •Identity and Access Management
• •Networking
• •Security and Governance
• •Automation

⭐ Experience with Microsoft administration tools.
