MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator

Hiring: MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator (10-15 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security .
• •Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
• •Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• •Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• •Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
• •Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Mandatory Qualifications

✅ 10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies.

✅ Advanced English communication skills.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

• •Exchange Online
• •Mail Flow
• •SMTP
• •DNS
• •Identity Access Management (IAM)
• •PowerShell
• •Security Administration
• •Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

✅ Experience working with Microsoft administration tools.

✅ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• •Microsoft 365
• •Azure
• •Networking
• •Governance
• •Automation

⭐ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams.

⭐ Customer success and continuous-learning mindset.
