In unserem Team im interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum (INZ) ist nach Vereinbarung eine Stelle mit einer flexiblen Dienstplanung und einem breiten Weiterbildungsangebot frei. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du bist für die ganzheitliche und fachkompetente Betreuung und Pflege der Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten verantwortlich und berätst sie und ihre Angehörigen
  • Während des Studienganges Notfallpflege professionalisierst du das Erkennen sowie beherrschen von Notfallsituationen, einschliesslich dem Einleiten der entsprechenden Massnahmen
  • In schnell wechselnden Situationen kannst Du, durch Dein wachsendes Fachwissen, situativer und gekonnter Prioritäten setzen
  • Du arbeitest bereichsübergreifend und gestaltest mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen einen möglichst reibungslosen Tagesablauf.

Ihr Profil:

  • Du hast einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau_mann HF/FH (Ausländische Diplome: SRK-Anerkennung) mit mindestens 1/2 Jahr Erfahrung in einem Akutspital
  • Du bleibst bei stressigen Situationen sowie hohem Arbeitsanfall cool und professionell
  • Du schätzt ein dynamisches, innovatives und interprofessionelles Team
  • Du hast den Wunsch dein Wissen und deine Fähigkeiten mit einem Nachdiplomstudium zu professionalisieren
