Wir sind ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Nachhaltigkeitsmanager / Berater (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (Stundenaufstockung auf Vollzeit möglich) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Lieferketten im Kontext regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Verantwortlichkeit bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere:
  • EU-Entwaldungsverordnung (EUDR)
  • Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
  • Bearbeitung von Konformitätserklärungen
  • Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG)
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung nachhaltiger Prozesse und Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen und Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sustainability Management, Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen EUDR, PPWR und LkSG
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
  • Analytisches Denken sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an regulatorischen Entwicklungen im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich
