Wir suchen zum 01.12.2026 oder später eine Nachtbereitschaft (m/w/d/-) für unsere Wohneinrichtung "Finkenbusch" in Herford auf Minijob-/Kombi-Basis.

*Wir begleiten und assistieren in unseren Außenwohngruppen, unterstützen unsere Klienten sowohl stationär in unseren zahlreichen Wohnhäusern als auch ambulant im Ambulant Unterstützten Wohnen. Mit der Schulassistenz bieten wir eine individuelle Begleitung im Schulunterricht und bei weiteren schulischen Aktivitäten.*

## Ihren Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Versorgung in der Nacht bei Bedarf
  • Unterstützung der Nachtwachen bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellen einer Erreichbarkeit in der Nacht
  • Unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Hauswirtschaft

## Sie bringen mit

  • Ggfs. eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Heilerziehungs-, Alten-, Krankenpflege, als Erzieher\*in, o.ä. oder Quereinstieg
  • Bereitschaft, auf Abruf während der nächtlichen Ruhezeiten vor Ort schnell und zuverlässig zu handeln
  • Erste Erfahrungen im sozialen Bereich, speziell mit Menschen mit Behinderungen, sind wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung

## Wir bieten

  • Attraktive tarifgerechte Vergütung nach TVöD VKA in Verbindung mit der Anlage G je nach nachgewiesener Qualifikation (Entgeltgruppe E 5 oder E 8)
