Ihr Profil:

  • einschlägiges Studium (ab 2 Semester Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Freude im Umgang mit jungen Menschen
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren jungen Menschen
  • g als Erzieher bzw. Vorerfahrungen mit der Zielgruppe
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Kreativität bei der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen
  • Bereitschaft zu flexibler Arbeitszeit
