Mitarbeiter für den Nachtdienst (m/w/d)

(in Teilzeit)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Im Mittelpunkt stehen Menschen mit einer geistigen bzw. einer mehrfachen Behinderung sowie teilweise mit

psychischen Erkrankungen

Sie begleiten die Bewohner\*innen individuell bei allen Unterstützungsbedarfen in der Nacht

Dokumentation über Sozialsoftware

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, Altenpfleger, Krankenpfleger oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • · Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderungen in einer besonderen Wohnform
  • · Ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Problemlösungskompetenz und Strategien zur Konfliktvermeidung
  • · Eigenständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes, strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • · Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
