Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Nachtwache auf dem Gelände sowie in den Hotelbereichen
  • Empfang und Ansprechpartner für spät ankommende Gäste; Check-in/out nach Bedarf
  • Begleitung von Alarm- und Notfallmanagement in der Nacht
  • Koordination mit dem Frühdienst, Erstellung nächtlicher Berichte und Übergaben
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung in Lobby, Barbereich und öffentlichen Bereichen
  • Unterstützung bei Stillen/Ruhezeiten der Bereiche, Versorgung eigener Gästeanliegen

Unsere Erwartungen

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, klare Kommunikation auch in der Nacht
  • Bereitschaft zu Nachtschichten, Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und freundliches Auftreten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Sicherheitsdienst, Empfang oder Night-Shift-Management
