#### Was für uns zählt

  • Abschluss im Studienfach Bauingenieurwesen oder als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse auf der Grundlage einer technischen / kaufmännischen Ausbildung
  • Erste baupraktische Berufserfahrung von Vorteil - vorzugsweise im Bahnbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie allgemeine IT-Affinität
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Spaß an Teamarbeit

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Nachtragsbearbeitung von Bahnbauprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufstellung und Nachverfolgung des bauvertraglichen Schriftverkehrs
  • Analyse der Bauabläufe und Dokumentation der Abweichungen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Unterstützung bei Kostenermittlungen, -auswertungen und -analysen
  • Beurteilung und Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kalkulationsteam
