#### Was für uns zählt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in Baurecht, Kalkulation, Abrechnung oder in der Leitung von Bauprojekten
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Vergabe- und Vertragsrecht (VOB, BGB, HOAI)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Grundkenntnisse in RIB iTWO
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Anzeigen nach VOB
  • Systematische Suche von Nachtragspotenzialen sowie Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen
  • Aufbereitung und Durchsetzung von Nachtragsansprüchen aller Art (z.B. Leistungsnachweise, Bauzeitenveränderungen und Bauablaufstörungen)
  • Erkennen und Analysieren von Abweichungen zum Vertrag und Abteilung von entsprechenden Nachtragskonzepten
  • Erstellung von prüffähigen Nachtragsangeboten
  • Teilnahme an NEuPP- und Verhandlungsterminen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Abwehr von angezeigten Nachtunternehmeransprüchen
  • Erkennen von Fehlern in der Kalkulation von Material- und Leistungsansätzen
  • Sicherstellung der nachtragsrelevanten Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung beim Schriftverkehr
