  • Arbeitszeit: 5‑Tage‑Woche · zwischen 18:00–02:30 Uhr (30 Min. Pause)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Nachtschichtleitung (m/w/d) für unsere Konditorei.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Führung und Organisation des Nachtschicht-Teams
  • Rezeptgenaue Herstellung hochwertiger Konditoreiprodukte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards
  • Konstruktive Kommunikation mit Früh- und Tagschicht
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe & Einbringen neuer Ideen
  • Effiziente Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Einarbeitung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden & Auszubildenden

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Konditorenhandwerk, Erfahrung als Konditor / Konditormeiste r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Kenntnisse in Hygiene, Lebensmittelrecht & HACCP
  • Teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
