Zur Verstärkung für unser DRK Alten- und Pflegeheim in Husum suchen wir eine Dauernachtwache (m,w,d) in Teilzeit.

Du hast eine dreijährige Ausbildung im Bereich Pflege, arbeitest gerne flexibel und selbstständig?

Dann bist du in unserem Pflegeteam genau richtig.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung grundpflegerischer Maßnahme
  • fach-und sachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von Prophylaxen
  • Durchführung der Tätigkeiten nach Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung
  • Durchführung von Behandlungspflege nach ärztlichen Verordnungen
  • Anleitung der BewohnerInnen um eine selbstständige Lebensführung zu fördern und zu unterstützen
  • fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachärzten, sowie anderen Institutionen und Schnittstellen

Dein Profil

  • eine umsichtige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise für die fachgerechte Durchführung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Emphatie, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung gegenüber unseren Pflegekunden
  • dreijährige Ausbildung im Bereich Pflege
