Wir suchen eine Nachtwache für den Kinder- und Jugendbereich auf dem Laibach-Hof in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Der Laibach-Hof ist eine denkmalgeschützte Hofstelle mitten in der Natur mit Bachlauf, Spielplatz und Pferden. Zurzeit betreuen wir 15 Kinder- und Jugendliche im Rahmen der Eingliederungs- und Jugendhilfe. Für die Begleitung unserer Bewohner\*innen in der Nacht benötigen wir Dich!

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • im Mittelpunkt deiner Arbeit stehen Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer körperlichen und/oder intellektuellen Beeinträchtigung
  • Sicherstellung einer ruhigen und schlaffördernden Atmosphäre
  • Förderung des Tag Nacht Rhythmus
  • (Einschlaf --) Begleitung für Kinder und Jugendliche die Nachts aufgewacht sind
  • Kooperation mit den Tagteams

### Wichtig sind für uns:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Erzieher*in, Heilerziehungspfleger*in , Heilpädagog *in, Sozialarbeiter*in, Pflegefachkraft)
  • die Bereitschaft, die Kinder und Jugendlichen auch am Wochenende zu begleiten
  • Geduld, Motivation und gute Laune
