Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten pflegerischen Versorgung während der Nacht
  • Durchführung von geplanten und bedarfsorientierten Pflegeleistungen
  • Professioneller Umgang mit nächtlichen Krisen- und Notfallsituationen
  • Durchführung von Kontrollgängen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tagdienst sowie Teilnahme an Übergaben

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in, Pflegefachmann/-frau, Heilerziehungspfleger:in - (m/w/d))
  • Hohe fachliche Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
