DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Aktive Unterstützung der Filialleitung und Übernahme erster Führungsaufgaben
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Filialkennzahlen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam der Filiale
  • Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Koordinierung von Inventurmaßnahmen
  • Kennenlernen verschiedener Filialstrukturen und -prozesse
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. beim Bestandsmanagement und bei der Warenverräumung
  • Kassiertätigkeiten und Kassenabrechnung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Verkäufer/Verkäuferin oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Einsatzbereitschaft im operativen Filialgeschäft
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Begeisterung für Führungsaufgaben, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
  • Quereinsteiger:innen, z. B. aus Gastronomie oder Hotellerie sind willkommen
