Näher/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung von teilautomatisierten Industrie-Nähmaschinen
  • Konfektionieren und Zuschneiden von Textilien
  • Mustererstellung nach Zeichnung und Kundenvorgabe
  • Herstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in unserem Produktionsteam

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Schneider/-in (m/w/d), Industrienäher/-in (m/w/d) oder einem vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberuf
  • gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Näh-Erfahrung
  • Sie haben mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung und technisches Verständnis in der Bedienung von Nähmaschinen
  • Bereitschaft für einen Einsatz an unterschiedlichen Maschinenmodellen
  • Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie genaues Arbeiten zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie handeln aktiv und eigenverantwortlich im Team

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Eine unbefristete Stelle in Voll- oder Teilzeit in einem Familienunternehmen.
  • 14,70 - 16,00 € brutto pro Stunde (je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
  • 30 Tage Urlaub, Zeitkonto, alle 2 Wochen 3-Tage-Wochenende von Fr-So, Gesundheitsbonus.
