National Medical Director

We are seeking an accomplished National Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and drive measurable improvements in healthcare outcomes for Medicare patients. In this fully remote, full-time leadership role, you will take ownership of clinical performance across the patient population, focusing on preventing avoidable hospitalizations, emergency room visits, falls, and functional decline. Applying a comprehensive geriatric approach, you will identify the underlying factors affecting patients' health and develop scalable programs that address their needs. You will work closely with clinicians, care advocates, operations, and technology teams to translate clinical insights into practical care protocols.
