Ihre Aufgaben:

  • CAM-Programmierung auf Basis von Zeichnungen und 3D-CAD-Daten
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung der Bearbeitungsschablonen und Werkzeugtabellen in CAM-Systemen zur automatisierten Programmierung
  • Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen (CNC-Fräsen sowie Draht- und Senkerodieren) zur Herstellung von Werkzeugbauteilen
  • Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Bearbeitungsprozesse hinsichtlich Fertigungsqualität, Maßhaltigkeit und Maschinenlaufzeiten
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Bauteile sowie Dokumentation fertigungstechnisch relevanter Parameter
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und Fertigung zur Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungstechnologien und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Mitarbeit bei Neu-, Optimierungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im Werkzeugbau
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten zur termingerechten Fertigstellung der Werkzeugkomponenten
