  • Mengendalikan dan memonitor operasional cash management secara nasional secara real-time
  • Menjadi pusat kontrol utama (command center) untuk seluruh aktivitas cash flow
  • Memastikan seluruh proses cash in, cash out, dan distribusi berjalan sesuai SOP
  • Monitoring status operasional cabang, vendor, dan unit terkait
  • Menangani eskalasi insiden kritikal (system issue, cash shortage, delay, fraud risk)
  • Koordinasi cepat dengan tim regional, operasional, dan pihak eksternal
  • Memberikan instruksi tindakan korektif secara langsung saat terjadi gangguan
  • Memastikan SLA operasional dan layanan tetap terpenuhi di seluruh area
  • Melakukan tracking dan analisa real-time terhadap risiko operasional cash
  • Membuat laporan kondisi operasional harian, insiden, dan performa nasional
  • Mengontrol kepatuhan SOP dan standar keamanan cash management
  • Mendukung pengambilan keputusan cepat untuk stabilitas operasional nasional.
