Assist product leadership with roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.
Contribute to cross-platform solutions that improve data flow, process integration, and operational effectiveness between CreditLens and nCino.
Document business processes, workflows, and solution designs to support ongoing product maturity and knowledge sharing.
Build strong relationships across the SCS CoE and serve as a trusted partner for stakeholders involved in lending and credit-related processes.
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, commercial lending technology, and product management best practices to drive continuous improvement.
