The main activities at the Hamburg site include:

• •Inspection and testing methods: Developing and applying state-of-the-art quality assurance techniques.
• •Knowledge transfer: Providing expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) and other innovative technologies through our in-house academy.

Hamburg is not only strategically important due to its proximity to Airbus but also serves as a hub where highly skilled teams work together to actively shape the future of aerospace.

As an NDT Specialist (Non-Destructive Testing) , you ensure the safety and integrity of critical components, making you an essential guarantor for flight safety.

Your Tasks and Goals

• •Execution of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) according to the highest aviation standards.
• •Focus on Level 2 Testing in the following, critical procedures for us: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) per EN 4179 / NAS410, Eddy Current Testing (ET) per EN 4179 / NAS410, X-ray Testing (RT) per EN 4179 / NAS410
• •Meticulous documentation and evaluation of measurement results for the preparation of substantiated test reports.

*Your Expertise *

• •Completed qualification as a Materials Tester in NDT according to EN4179/NAS410 .
• •Proof of a Level 2 Certification in the procedures Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, *or* X-ray Testing. At least one procedure is mandatory.
• •Proof of the required experience periods per procedure as mandated by EN 4179.
• •Advanced German knowledge and Intermediate English knowledge.
• •Systematic, meticulous, and independent way of working.
• •Strong teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
• •Willingness to work in shifts .
