Nearshore Sector | Modern Workplace Manager

We're looking for an employee-centric and driven Modern Workplace Manager to champion our employees' digital and physical IT experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will lead the strategy and operations for our digital and local work environment, explicitly separating end-user computing, device fleets, and collaboration platforms from backend infrastructure to focus entirely on user experience.

• •Lead, empower, and mentor sub-teams responsible for Service Desk, local Onsite Support engineers, and Endpoint administrators to deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• •Elevate local physical IT support services across office locations, implementing best practices for high-touch, white-glove support and walk-up tech bars.
• •Oversee the full lifecycle of the global device fleet (laptops, smartphones, tablets, monitors, peripherals), standardizing hardware specs, procurement, and refresh cycles.
• •Partner with the Asset Manager to overhaul computer and mobile inventory tracking, asset tagging, and workflows using ServiceNow (ITAM).
• •Manage Google Workspace as our primary root Identity Provider (IdP) and configure Entra ID as the federation bridge to Azure, GitHub, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• •Drive device management strategy using Ivanti (MDM) and ensure robust endpoint protection with Sophos (EDR).
• •Enforce Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access rules to support a Zero Trust model without slowing down workflows.
• •Streamline zero-touch deployment via Ivanti, automated hardware provisioning, and seamless onboarding/offboarding workflows.

• •6-8+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3+ years directly leading On-Prem Support, Digital Workplace, or End-User Computing (EUC) teams
• •Proven track record modernizing physical IT support services and managing full-lifecycle enterprise device fleets (laptops, mobile phones, workstations, peripherals)
• •Practical experience managing devices via Ivanti (MDM), endpoint security with Sophos (EDR), and revamping hardware asset tracking in ServiceNow
• •Hands-on expertise managing Google Workspace as a primary IdP and Entra ID as a federation bridge into Azure, GitHub, and Microsoft environments
• •Highly user-centric mindset with a passion for employee experience, high CSAT, and rapid resolution SLA performance
• •Proven ability to mentor local onsite engineers and helpdesk staff across international locations
• •Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
