Job Summary:
Valley Children’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our expanding neonatal care team across multiple NICU sites throughout Central California. Opportunities include Level II and III NICUs within one of the largest pediatric networks. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high-volume, high-acuity environment with a collaborative and family-centered approach to care.
This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Both experienced neonatologists and upcoming fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply. New Graduates will benefit from a supportive team structure with mentorship, while experienced physicians will appreciate the clinical complexity, autonomy, and strong system resources.
