Das Heigl Health MVZ Kempten-Allgäu ist ein modernes medizinisches Versorgungszentrum mit 150 hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitenden und einem breiten internistischen Spektrum. Unsere Kernkompetenzen umfassen die Fachbereiche Kardiologie, Pneumologie und Schlafmedizin, Nephrologie und Dialyse, Lipidologie und Apherese, Diabetologie und Endokrinologie sowie die Rheumatologie und die Allgemeinmedizin.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Nephrologen (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilungen Dialyse und Apherese in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

  • Visite und medizinische Betreuung von Dialyse- und Apheresepatientinnen und -patienten
  • Durchführung der nephrologischen und lipidologischen Sprechstunden
  • Erstellung und Anpassung individueller Therapiepläne
  • Langfristige Betreuung chronisch erkrankter Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegern sowie dem interdisziplinären Team

Voraussetzungen

  • Facharzt/Fachärztin für Innere Medizin und Nephrologie
  • Interesse an der Lipidologie sowie modernen Therapieverfahren (z.B. Lipidapherese)
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, moderne digitale Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Interesse am interdisziplinären Austausch mit den anderen Fachabteilungen unseres MVZ
