  • Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellen eines stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betriebs der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur nach ITIL
  • Steuern von IT-Service-Providern gemäß definierter KPIs und SLAs
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit IT-Abteilungen und Teams bei Projekten und der Einführung neuer Netzwerklösungen
  • Planen und Einhalten der Kosten für die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur sowie Weiterentwickeln und Verbessern der Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützen bei Root-Cause-Analysen und der Behebung von Störungen
  • Verwalten höchster administrativer Zugänge und Berechtigungen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Profil:
  • Master- oder Diplomstudium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbares Hochschulstudium
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturlösungen oder als IT-Projektleiter im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit LAN, WAN, WiFi sowie DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, insbesondere im Bereich Service Operations, sowie idealerweise mit Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Cisco Switches, Routern, Wireless LAN Controllern, Access Points oder EfficientIP
  • analytische Denkweise, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
