## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb und Monitoring unseres Netzes: Kundenanbindungen, Access-Netz, Layer-2-Dienste
  • Provisionierung von Geschäftskunden-Anschlüssen (Glasfaser, Ethernet, Wavelength)
  • Störungsanalyse und -behebung - vom optischen Pegel bis zum Routing-Problem
  • Mitarbeit an Netzerweiterungen und Migrationen unter Anleitung erfahrener Kollegen
  • Pflege von Dokumentation und Monitoring (wir sind ISO-27001-zertifiziert)
  • Perspektivisch: BGP, MPLS und Backbone-Betrieb

## Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration, ein IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Solide Netzwerk-Grundlagen: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing-Basics - CCNA-Niveau oder vergleichbar
  • Neugier auf die Welt hinter dem Default Gateway
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch ausreichend für technische Dokumentation
  • Von Vorteil: erste Erfahrung mit Juniper oder Cisco CLI, Linux-Grundkenntnisse, Scripting (Python, Bash), erste Berührung mit Glasfasertechnik

  • Technik zum Anfassen, eigenes Glasfasernetz, drei Rechenzentren, Juniper-Equipment
  • Weiterbildung: Zertifizierungen (z. B. JNCIA/JNCIS), Konferenzteilnahmen (DENOG u. a.)
  • Vom Access-Netz über Layer-2-Dienste bis zum BGP-Backbone - mit erfahrenen Kollegen, die ihr Wissen weitergeben
