Network Operations Administrator (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungswegen inkl. Dokumentation und Anleitung mit anschließender Weitergabe an den 1st und 2nd Level-Support
  • Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse aus den Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen und Sicherstellen eines effektiven Informationsaustausches
  • Kostenplanung von Geräte- und Montagekosten
  • Identifikation und Behebung von Netzwerkengpässen und Performance-Problemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und dem Monitoring von virtuellen Infrastrukturen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken und Netzwerken, sowie in der Durchführung von Backups
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. SQL, Python oder JavaScript)
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Ein monatliches Festgehalt bei übertariflicher Bezahlung
