  • Betreuung und Optimierung der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Virtualisierung per Hyper-V)
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der WLAN-Infrastruktur

  • Konfiguration und Installation von Hard- und Software
  • Windows-Client-Support, Betreuung der Microsoft-Produktpalette, Druckerlandschaft, Telefonanlage sowie mobiler Endgeräte
  • Abwicklung und Koordination der Wartung von Hardware und Peripherie
  • Analyse und Behebung von Anwenderstörungen (1st und 2nd Level Support)
  • Beratung und operative Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
  • Organisation und Durchführung von On-the-Job-Trainings
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Kontrolle von IT-Standards
  • Erstellung von Ablauf- und Systemdokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei digitalen Innovationsprojekten
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk- und Serverarchitektur
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Security und Datensicherheit
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Umsetzung fachbereichsspezifischer Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
