Wir sind ein IT-Dienstleister mit Schwerpunkt auf Kunden aus dem Handwerksbereich. Darüber hinaus betreuen wir vereinzelt auch Industrieunternehmen und andere gewerbliche Kunden. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Planung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Infrastrukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Administration und Betreuung von Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Netzwerken und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung
  • Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Migrationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken und Windows-Server-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Firewall, VPN, Routing und Switching
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten-
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich, da regelmäßige Kundentermine vor Ort wahrgenommen werden
