  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise mit pflegerischem oder vergleichbarem Hintergrund, um die Strukturen und Akteure im Markt sicher zu verstehen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude am Netzwerken
  • Sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
  • Verständnis für Klinikprozesse, Indikationen und Behandlungswege
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • # Deine Aufgaben
  • Aufbau, Pflege und strategischer Ausbau eines regionalen Versorgungsnetzwerks im Bereich chronische Wunden
  • Gewinnung neuer Netzwerkpartner (z. B. Pflegeheime, Kliniken, Arztpraxen und ambulante Pflegedienste)
  • Durchführung von Kaltakquise sowie Präsentation unserer Leistungen bei potenziellen Partnern
  • Organisation und Koordination von Netzwerktreffen sowie Fort- und Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung von Netzwerkaktivitäten sowie regelmäßiges Reporting
