Wir - der Pflegedienst Selma Dede - kümmern uns vertrauensvoll und zuverlässig um unsere pflegebedürftigen Kunden und sind in allen Bereichen der Pflege für sie da. Ob es um die tägliche Körperpflege geht, um die kontrollierte Verabreichung von Medikamenten oder gar um professionelle Sterbebegleitung.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir neue Kolleg:Innen (m/w/d)!

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Gesundheit der Kunden erhalten, schützen und fördern
  • Durchführung der (ärztlich verordneten medizinischen) Behandlung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Sicherung der Pflegequalität
  • individuelle, ganzheitliche, aktivierende Pflege und Betreuung unter Berücksichtigung des Pflegeleitbildes und der Pflegeplanung
  • Erfüllung der anfallenden pflegerischen und Betreuungs-Aufgaben nach aktuellen, anerkannten pflegerisch/medizinischen Erkenntnissen
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitssituation
  • Die Entwicklung unseres Pflegedienstes positiv mit zu gestalten

Ihre Voraussetzung:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene einjährige Pflegeausbildung

Zwingende Voraussetzung ist der Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B.
