Wir sind ein Familienunternehmen mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden und Technologieführer im Bereich Siebmaschinen, mit globaler Ausrichtung.

Für unser kleines, dynamisches Serviceteam suchen wir aktuell eine/n Service-Mitarbeiter/in im Außendienst (m/w/d) im Raum Bergisches Land.

Sie sind das Gesicht unseres Unternehmens beim Kunden und montieren, nehmen in Betrieb, warten und reparieren unsere Maschinen im In- und Ausland, meist allein und für drei Tage bis eine Woche, unterstützt von erfahrenen Fachabteilungen am Standort. Etwa 70 Prozent Ihrer Arbeitszeit sind Sie unterwegs, ansonsten arbeiten Sie in der Innenmontage, mit modernem Firmenfahrzeug und kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Wir arbeiten Sie rund ein Jahr lang umfassend ein, und Ihre Ideen sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Siebmaschinen beim Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Wartung, Reparatur sowie Umbau und Modernisierung
  • Schnelle Hilfe bei Störungen, auch per Fernunterstützung
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Servicefragen beim Kunden
  • Dokumentation und Serviceberichte
  • Optional: Einsatz im Notfallservice

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung, z. B. Industriemechaniker/in, Mechatroniker/in, Techniker/in oder Meister/in
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (etwa 70 Prozent), auch international, mit gültigen Reisedokumenten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Führerschein Klasse B
