Für die Neueröffnung unseres modernen Salons suchen wir eine engagierte und kreative Friseurmeisterin/einen Friseurmeister, die/der mit Leidenschaft, Stilbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz unser Team bereichert und aktiv mit aufbaut.

Ihre Aufgaben:

fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Salons

Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams

Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenservices

kreative Umsetzung aktueller Trends und Techniker

Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen und Salonkonzept

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene Meisterbusbildung im Friseurhandwerk

mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position

ausgeprägtes Gespür für Trends, Stil und Kundenbedürfnisse

Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent

selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
