New Business Development (NBD) Business Project Manager

The New Business Development (NBD) BPM is responsible for managing and analyzing the overall development of Advantech's strategic new business initiatives. This role works closely with various internal teams to design, promote, implement and refine the new business development process, so all strategic business themes could be advanced and transformed into real growth momentum.

Responsibilities of the role

• •Monitor and foster the overall progress of Advantech’s new business portfolio
• •Identify and mitigate potential challenges of new business development
• •Analyze effectiveness of resource utilization in each new business initiative
• •Schedule and conduct NBD meetings
• •Organize agendas and logistics of NBD workshops

Qualifications

• •Master’s degree
• •6+ years of experiences in Program Management, Financial Analysis, and Strategic Consulting
• •Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing of both Mandarin and English
• •Background in Engineering and Technology is a plus

• •Strong capabilities to conceive and operate internal processes
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Edge Computing, Edge AI, Robotics and Industrial IoT
