As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, helping them find the right fit for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Key Responsibilities

• •Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs
• •Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on lifestyle and budget
• •Conduct engaging and informative test drives
• •Present vehicle features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently
• •Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally
• •Complete all required sales documentation accurately
• •Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• •Valid driver’s license
