Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Show vehicles to guests, using your product knowledge and presentation skills.
• •Answer calls, set up appointments, and help customers with their purchases.
• •Reply quickly to online questions from customers.
• •Gather customer information for your manager, following company guidelines.
• •Explain any service needs and provide support after the sale.
• •Help customers with their purchases and explain financing or leasing options.
• •Follow up with interested buyers and invite them to visit the dealership.

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma/GED required.
• •Basic computer literacy is required.
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• •Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate self-motivation.
• •Willingness to pursue ongoing training and sales skill development.
• •Valid driver’s license and a driving record that permits operation of customer and company vehicles.
