Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) Niederlassungsleiter(in) (m/w/d) für unseren Baustoffhandel in Menden .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mit viel Engagement übernehmen Sie die Leitung unserer Niederlassung in Menden.
  • Sie verantworten Kosten und Ergebnis des Standortes.
  • Sie führen, motivieren und disponieren ein Team aus 8 Mitarbeitern.
  • Sie akquirieren Neukunden und betreuen unseren vorhandenen Kundenstamm.
  • Als Führungskraft gehen Sie mit gutem Beispiel voran und packen aktiv auf der Fläche mit an.

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Baustoffhandlungen, Bau- und Heimwerkermärkten oder einer vergleichbaren Branche.
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Kollegen.
  • Ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfreude und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Sie besitzen Führungserfahrungen, gerne in vergleichbarer Position
