Die Digeno ist die gemeinnützige Dienstleistungsgesellschaft des Neckar-Odenwald-Kreises. Unser Ziel als kommunale Qualifizierungs- und Beschäftigungsgesellschaft ist es, arbeitslose Menschen auf dem Weg in den (Wieder-) Einstieg in das Erwerbsleben zu begleiten.

Für die operative und wirtschaftliche Steuerung unserer Außenstelle in Buchen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (100%) .

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Leitung der Digeno-Niederlassung in Buchen (IGO)
  • Organisation der angebotenen Dienstleistungen
  • Akquise von Aufträgen und Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Aktivierung, Förderung und Anleitung der Mitarbeiter (Einstieg aus der Erwerbslosigkeit)

Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vornehmlich im kaufmännischen oder handwerklichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Verantwortungsbewußtsein und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Kl. B, indealerweise Kl. C1 (alt 3)
